WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE THERE?
We offer FREE standard door-to-door delivery service within Malaysia when purchasing above RM80.
At the moment, all of our orders will be shipped using our courier partner City Link. Customers will not be notified of future courier partner changes.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to all addresses in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, with the exception of P.O. boxes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of placing your order. Shipping lead times are within 3 – 5 working days (3 – 7 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, 7-10 working days for East Malaysia) after dispatch. Our Customer Care team will assist you should there be any inquiries. 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS COMPLETE?
Once your order has been confirmed and your order goes into a queue to be processed for pick and pack.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS A DELAY IN MY DELIVERY?
Delays are commonly caused by wrong information provided by Customers and/or high demand for orders. I-Scent will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data provided by the customer is incorrect. However, our Customer Care team is always happy to provide any assistance.
