Pump a generous amount of hand wash on wet hands. Lather and scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Rinse it off with water. You can use it as many times as you need.

Massage gently the body lotion on the skin in the morning and at night. It is completely safe to use it more than twice a day.

Pump the adequate amount of gel on your hand and massage evenly on wet skin. Rinse it off and pat dry your skin. It is suitable for daily use.
